LL AD03- Change of location of the records to the Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL) of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

LLAD03 is completed to tell Companies House which of the company records are held at the SAIL.

The LLP number and full name is required and then the relevant company records should be ticked.

To activate the form

Go to Client | View, select the Address tab and click Records. Select the options for the company documents that apply and click OK.

Enter the date that the change is effective from and click Log.

To display the form

Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLAD03 and click Print Form.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLAD03- Change of location of the company records to the Single Alternative Inspection Location for an LLP. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form LLAD03- Change of location of the company records to the Single Alternative Inspection Location for an LLP. This opens the completely blank form into Microsoft Word.
