This form should be filled out to notify Companies House of an alternative location where records may be kept for inspection.
The LLP number and full name is required first, followed by the address
of the Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL).
To activate a completed form go to Client
| View, select the Address
tab. Choose the address of the SAIL, adding another if necessary and select
the SAIL Address tick box. Click
OK, then enter the effective date
of change and click Log and Save.
If Log is not clicked then the form will not be produced.
Go to Reports | Company Forms, highlight form LLAD02 and click Print Form and OK.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLAD02 – Notification of Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL) of an LLP. The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form LLAD02- Notification of Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL) of an LLP. This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
