LL AA01- Change of accounting reference date of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

This form should be used if the period end date for the business has changed.

The LLP number and full LLP name should be entered first, followed by the current accounting period end date.

Then the new accounting reference period is required. The date can be shortened or extended; two boxes are supplied for this date and should be filled out accordingly.

If the date has been extended more than once in five years, then one of the three reasons must be chosen.

To activate the form

Go to Client | View, on the Basic tab click Periods. Highlight an already created period and click Change or create a new period end date by clicking Add. The new date should be entered and a tick appears in the box for Enter extended/shortened period details for Company Secretarial.

To display the form

To print the completed form, go to Report | Company Forms, highlight LLAA01 and click Print form and OK.

Enter the original expected year end date, the date the change of year end is effective from and identify whether the period is the second or subsequent extension to the year end in the last five years. Click OK and the screen closes.

To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details |  LLAA01- Change of accounting reference date of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.

To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms |  LLAA01- Change of accounting reference date of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
