LLPSC09- Update to PSC statements for a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

The LLP number and full LLP name are required first, followed by the Relevant date and the Registered date (which is optional).The applicable update to either the company or person statement must be ticked.

To activate the form

To activate the form go to Edit | People with Significant Control | PSC Statements | highlight Statement | View | tick Ceased to apply / notice complied with / notice withdrawn | OK | enter Effective date of change | Log. This saves the changes and activates a completed LLPSC09 Form.
