The LLP number and full LLP name are required first, followed by the
LLP statements and the Person statements. The statement that applies to
the LLP must be ticked.
For LLP Statements go to Edit | People with Significant Control | click No PSC | select the applicable statement | OK | Log effective date of change. This saves the changes and activates a completed LLPSC08 Form.
For Person Statements go to Edit
| People with Significant Control
| select PSC Statements | New | select the PSC
Type from the drop-down | select the applicable statement | OK | Log
effective date of change. This saves the changes and activates
a completed LLPSC08 Form.
To display the form go to Company Forms | highlight LLPSC08 New PSC Statement | Print Form.
To display a form with basic details go to Reports | Forms with Basic Details | Form LLPSC08 –Notification of PSC statements for a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The form opens in Microsoft Word showing the basic details.
To display a blank form, go to Reports | Blank Forms | Form LLPSC08 – Notification of PSC Statements for a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). This opens the completely blank form in Microsoft Word.
