Companies Formed under the Companies Act 2006 are able to form a company electronically with more than one share type.

How to incorporate a company with more than one share type if forming under the Companies Act 2006?

Create the share types within the Share Register, the Rights of each of the share types must be entered in the Rights tab of the share type.

All share issue events for each share type MUST be selected as subscriber shares.
