When generating a letter, a Missing Tag screen may display.
The screen is indicating that a Tag is being inserted in the template relating to information NOT present in the client database. For example, when generating a letter for a client, where some of the address information is missing in the client database:
The following options are available:
Omitting the details - leave the Text value field blank and click OK to generate the letter.
Adding Text value - enter the text to display in the Text value field. For example, if the value for county is missing in the client database, enter the value and click OK. Generate the letter and the text entered will display in place of the missing tag.
Use empty for everything else - select this option to stop any further missing tags being displayed. Click OK to generate the letter.
