This view exposes the rows in the database table that represent main addressees and their owners.
This view encapsulates logic to cope with inadvertent multiple entries for a single owner. When queried for a single owner it is guaranteed to return a singleton and is intended to behave in the same way as the practice suite does in these circumstances.
